Employer sponsorship history is useful when the source, period and unit are visible.
Current-year sources are added as the government publishes them. Partial periods show their exact dates; compare counts across the same number of months.

Official sourcePublished releases cover FY2016–FY2026. Coverage can differ by source and fiscal year. Only the verified releases listed here are searchable; additional releases appear after validation. Public disclosures do not cover every visa program, pending application, employer or worker.
DOL Labor Condition Application (LCA) disclosures describe employer-reported occupations, wages, locations, requested positions and determinations. A certified LCA is distinct from a USCIS approval, visa issuance or confirmed hire.
Counts are distinct source case numbers after choosing the latest determination within the disclosed fiscal-year files. A case can appear in more than one fiscal year; each year’s observation is retained. Requested positions remain separate from case counts.
PERM disclosures describe permanent labor certification determinations. Certification is one step toward many employment-based green cards; it is not a green card grant and does not cover every pathway.
The published FY2025 workbook uses the newer application form. It contains 147,056 populated records, fewer than the broader program statistics. We display the disclosed records and do not invent missing cases.
USCIS decision categories follow each source release. Older exports distinguish Initial and Continuing approvals and denials. Newer exports, including FY2025, report six employment-purpose categories. The current glossary defines these as workers covered by first decisions, not deduplicated individuals.
Legacy totals stay separate from the newer purpose categories. We do not infer new-employment, change-of-employer or other purposes from Initial/Continuing counts. Categories absent from a source remain unavailable.
These address/industry source rows stay separate. Pending cases and later appeal or revocation outcomes are excluded. Locations are employer mailing addresses, which may differ from worksites.
DOL records are grouped by normalized reported legal name and employer city, state and country. Separate address groups stay visible. USCIS profiles preserve individual published employer/address/industry rows.
Names are evidence from the source, not a verified corporate registry. Brands, subsidiaries and corporate families are not silently merged across sources.
Wage summaries use each case’s positive lower reported wage in annual units, with current status exactly Certified. LCA requires reported full-time Y. PERM excludes explicit part-time N and retains cases where full-time is unreported. Hourly, weekly, monthly and other units remain visible in source records but are excluded from annual summaries.
The FY2016 LCA files report wages but leave the full-time indicator blank. Annual wage summaries require a reported full-time position, so FY2016 LCA medians and distributions are unavailable. Reported wages remain visible in individual source records.
Medians and the middle 50% interval are calculated from underlying case values. Comparisons use the same source, occupation, state and period. A missing annual wage sample is shown as unavailable, rather than $0. Employer-entered errors may remain in public disclosures; these figures are not verified total compensation.
Certified counts include only the source status “Certified”; certified-expired, certified-withdrawn, denied and withdrawn cases stay in total disclosed cases but are excluded from that measure.
DOL discovery and pay filters use the first reported worksite per case. Additional LCA worksites are a separate one-to-many source and are not joined into case totals, which would inflate counts.
Fiscal years run October 1–September 30. DOL periods follow determination dates; USCIS follows first recorded decisions. Files are archived with their source URL, checksum and import time. Source data may be revised; updates are published only after validation.
The FY2025 LCA quarterly files linked by DOL contain separate decision quarters. Historical quarterly files can overlap. The import examines actual dates, combines case records, and retains the latest case determination within each fiscal year. Published file counts and program-summary counts may differ; no totals are forced to match.
These are dated public-source snapshots. Published coverage updates as additional fiscal-year releases pass validation. A backfill being processed does not become searchable until its source counts and integrity checks have passed.
Filing history helps people explore employers. It does not identify current vacancies, promise sponsorship, or predict a personal immigration outcome.
